On the second day, I toured Niigata, Nagano, and Hokuriku before staying in Kobe. I considered staying in Kyoto or Osaka on the third day, but the accommodation cost at this hotel was too good to pass up, so I chose to stay here again.
I booked a Superior Twin Room with breakfast included for 7,300 yen, non-refundable. I arrived around 11 PM and checked in. My room was located on the 11th floor, facing the central direction. It was equipped with ladies' amenities.
The view from the window was open, but there was a structure on the right side blocking part of the view, and construction was ongoing on the left side. Despite this, the city night view of Sannomiya was stunning. The bathroom had a long bathtub, which was a nice feature.
The Twin Room was quite spacious, providing a sense of comfort. It was about an 8-minute walk from JR/Hanshin/Hankyu Sannomiya Station and a 5-minute walk from Kobe Subway Sannomiya Station. However, the path from the subway exit to the hotel had a lot of solicitation activities.
In front of the hotel, there is a shrine surrounded by lush greenery, making the area around the hotel quiet. The next morning, sunlight poured through the window, creating a bright and sunny morning. I took a photo with the reflected light, and it looked like an anime scene.
The shrine below added a traditional Japanese touch to the scenery. Breakfast was served at the restaurant on the first floor. It was abundant, featuring Kobe sweets, and the natto and umeboshi were particularly delicious. I checked out at 7:30 AM. Thank you.
