[Niigata] Delicious Japanese sake, Hakkaisan Sake Brewery

Uonuma no Sato is located in Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. It is the headquarters of Hakkai Shuzo, famous for its Hakkaisan sake. Hakkaisan actually makes plum wine and shochu in addition to sake.
