[Miyakojima] Enjoy famous chef's cuisine while taking in the spectacular view

When I stayed at the Blue Ocean Hotel & Resort Miyakojima, which I posted about two posts ago, I had dinner at the restaurant of the sister hotel, Santorini Hotel & Villas Miyakojima.

This restaurant serves grilled dishes with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and seafood 🍴

The executive chef is Chef Akira Watanabe, a master of Italian cuisine who is said to be the "Evangelist of the Fields."

He is said to be the pioneer who brought the wind of Bagna Cauda to Japan ✨

He has appeared in many media outlets, including the nostalgic "Iron Chef."

He is the owner and chef of Trattoria Niwa in Omotesando.

The food is made with great care for the ingredients, so you can't go wrong with anything you eat 👍️
