宮崎ANA Holiday Inn Resort

We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki by IHG during our visit to Miyazaki and had a really pleasant and relaxing experience. The hotel is generously sized, with ample parking right outside, making it super convenient for those driving around Kyushu.
One of the highlights is definitely its location—right next to two of Miyazaki’s iconic sights: Aoshima Shrine and the Devil’s Washboard. It was such a treat to be able to take a slow morning walk by the beach or explore these sites on foot from the hotel.
The public bath was spacious and surprisingly quiet when I visited at night—perfect for winding down. There’s also a laundry room located on the pool level, which we made good use of. Although the swimming pool looked inviting, we gave it a miss since we visited during the winter season.
The room was a good size by Japanese standards and came with all the expected amenities of a well-managed international hotel. Clean, cozy, and comfortable—just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, this hotel struck a great balance between comfort, convenience, and scenic surroundings. I’d happily return on a future visit to Miyazaki, especially in warmer months to enjoy the beach and pool!
