Recommended snorkeling spots in Cebu, Philippines [Moalboal]

I stayed in Moalboal on Cebu Island.
Moalboal is famous for being able to swim with schools of sardines and sea turtles, and since there are many travelers staying in Moalboal, there are plenty of hotels, restaurants, and dive shops.
It's a laid-back, peaceful town, so I enjoyed snorkeling every day during my stay and had drinks in restaurants at night, relaxing.
It's a recommended place that can be visited cheaply by public bus from Cebu City!
