It's a little different from a regular katsudon
It contains onions and cabbage
The texture was really good
It seems that apples are used as a secret ingredient, and although the apples are not very noticeable, there was a little fruity sweetness 🍎

The pudding was made with Ajiho eggs from Nogami Poultry Farm
and it was really delicious
