Is the 2-hour trip to Okinawa Northern Ocean Expo Aquarium worth it?

Okinawa's least friendly aspect is its transportation. Even though we stayed near Onna Village in the central area, it still took nearly 2 hours one way to get to the northern part. If it's just to see marine animals or dolphin shows, many aquariums are pretty similar. But when it comes to the name "Ocean Expo," it's definitely worth the trip. We lingered for a long time in the seaside grassy area outside the aquarium before reluctantly leaving. If we weren't rushing to catch the bus, we might have stayed until sunset 🌇. For the return trip, you can take the 6:00 PM OAS Airport Shuttle Bus, which has fewer stops and is much more convenient.
