Yahata-ya Arigoro's shichimi is said to be one of the three great shichimis in Japan.

You can choose from two types of blends: the divine "recommended blend" and the completely original "selfish blend"

In any case, it seems that the ingredients used are one level higher than the ready-made products usually sold in cans and bottles

I bought the "recommended blend" yuzu shichimi as a souvenir for my friend. You can choose from several types of chili peppers or blend them together!

I also added more lemon peel, called chenpi, to make something with a stronger citrus flavor!

It was fun thinking about various things while talking with the blender☺️

After making it, they made a chart for you, detailing what you put in and in what proportion🖊️If you like the blend you made, you can tell them the chart number and they will mix the same blend for you
