#If you come to Nagasaki, there is a food that you feel like you absolutely must eat. It is Nagasaki Champon!! The place where this noodle dish was first made is Shikairo 四海樓, but in the vicinity of #Nagasaki Chinatown, or #Shinchi Chinatown (#新地中華街), #Kouzanro (#江山樓) is also close, which is nice. And on this day, I visited the new building.

The main building is the same, but this place was also full of people because of its fame, but I visited right after the dinner business hours opened, so I was able to sit down right away, order, and eat. As expected, the rich broth was excellent, and when I ordered the special Champon, it even came with shark fin, so I was able to enjoy a luxurious meal. The sweet shrimp with a sour vinegar taste was different than in Korea.

Instead of worrying about whether to eat or not, eat with a positive mind that you can only eat here.
