If you come to Nagasaki... you can't miss out on "champon."

This is the restaurant where champon and sara udon originated.

It was invented by Chin Heijun, the first owner of Shikairo, and it's still popular today, more than 120 years after the birth of champon.

It was past 2pm on this day, but the waiting area was full.

After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to get my champon.

The view from the window seats at the 5th floor observation restaurant overlooking Nagasaki Port was amazing.

There was also a champon museum on the 2nd floor.

Both champon and sara udon cost 1,100 yen including tax.

Plenty of seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients!
The soup had a seafood aroma and was incredibly delicious.
