A high-end restaurant in Nagoya that is run entirely by locals

Ryutarou is a high-end restaurant located near Nagoya Tsurumai Station, only about 5 minutes away from Tsurumai Station. It is hidden in a residential area and is a high-end Japanese restaurant only visited by locals. There are basically no tourists. The reason I know about this restaurant is because my favorite Korean tour group introduced it to me.

Super luxurious hairy crab salad (毛かにサラダ), this salad uses a whole hairy crab, it is super luxurious, and every bite of the crab meat is super delicious. The chef will prepare the sushi using the freshest fish of the day. The dragon roll is as big as a fist and it is impossible to fit it in one bite because the filling is too rich.
