Ichibiki is an eel specialty restaurant located in Yanagibashi, Nagoya. The thick meat is soft and fluffy, the skin is crispy, and it's simply delicious. It's at the top of my ranking of eels I've ever eaten. They use a numbered ticket system in the morning and a reservation system in the evening. If you're going to eat eel in Nagoya, this is a highly recommended restaurant.
