[Nagoya] Moist and chewy bread for the morning "Tsubame Pan"

I came here to try the breakfast from Tsubamepan, a specialty store selling natural yeast bread, instead of the popular sweet bread.

Morning hours are from 8:00 to 11:00, and you can get it for 520 yen plus the price of a drink.

The bread is chewy and the crust is crispy, and it's delicious.

The fresh cream and red bean paste are not too sweet and delicious!

There is a wire mesh under the bread to allow the heat to escape, so it doesn't get soggy.

I went there after 9:00 in the morning and had to line up, but I was able to get in in about 10 minutes.

You can also check the waiting time by issuing a numbered ticket and registering on LINE with the QR code, so you can leave the place for a while, but I was called about 10 seconds after the message that the call time was approaching, so it's better to come back with plenty of time.

Please note that the famous omelette sandwich will be sold after 11:00!
