General Feng Baiju's former residence is located in Changtai Village, Haikou City, Hainan Province, beside an old banyan tree with its twisted roots and dense shade. Nestled against a hill and overlooking green fields, the residence boasts a forest of ancient trees behind it and a spacious courtyard in front. Despite numerous renovations, it has consistently retained the original structure and brick, tile, and beam structure of a Hainan farmer's house.
This place not only recreates history but also demonstrates that a proletarian revolutionary of outstanding achievements was born and raised in such an ordinary peasant family. To the left of the main building, a horizontal corridor displays objects and pictures depicting General Feng Baiju's family background, life, and revolutionary activities. Here, visitors can learn about the historical sites of the Qiongya revolutionary struggle and the life story of General Feng Baiju.
