[Aichi🏯] An exciting trip to Ajisen in Nagoya🔥

I was thinking of eating at the famous Nagoya restaurant [Ajisen] before going home, and when I arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes before opening, there was already a huge line!
I thought there were only about 15 people there? ! I looked for the end of the line, but there was still a line when I turned the corner, and there was another line when I turned another corner, so I think there were about 100 people in line...
It was about an hour after the 11:30 opening that I was able to get a seat!
I ordered gyoza and Taiwanese ramen.
In my research, I read that all the dishes were small so you could eat a lot, and they were indeed small!
But since I was alone, these two were just right♪
The gyoza was light and the outside was crispy and just as delicious☆
I was surprised that the Taiwanese ramen was more spicy than it looked! Lol❤️🔥
The American version is said to be mild, but I love spicy food so I ordered the regular version, but it was quite spicy(*´Д｀*)
But it was addictive!! It has a lot of roughly chopped garlic in it, and it's the best 🧄
If I drink too much soup, my mouth will be fine, but my stomach will hurt, so I drank less...
The turnover is fast and the staff are efficient!
Ajisen is formidable!
