Herbs is a place you'll want to eat on special occasions🍰🩷💫

I love it so much that I always get my birthday cake from Herbs, and they've been so kind to me👸🏼🍴
The Sakae main store that I visited is also where the first Herbs store opened in 1981💭

The cakes lined up in the showcase are really worth seeing(* ⁰̷̴͈꒨⁰̷̴͈) No. 8 (24cm diameter!) is not that big,
and since it's all about strawberries at the moment,
it's a treat for my eyes🍓🐇‧₊˚✧

Herbs
is committed to making freshly made cakes by hand for the sake of taste, so they tend to run out of stock,
and they cut each one after ordering to prevent drying and deterioration from the cut surface, so it takes time,
and they don't have any calories so you can enjoy the taste of the cake, so there's no concept of dieting,
and they're already very trustworthy with their quality concept (delivered with love🥹)

They're made for adults with a lot of liquor,
so it's nice that they have a luxurious taste🍸໒*ﾟ

This time, I really wanted to eat it I took home a strawberry mille-feuille 🫶🏻🎀

At this time of year, strawberry tart is the only choice, but I also love pear mille-feuille in autumn, and I was drawn to the strawberry festival atmosphere, so I had to eat the mille-feuille ᥬ👶🏻ᩤ

Herbs' mille-feuille is characterized by its dough choux pastry~🥧

The pear is more like a cookie choux pastry, but the strawberry was made with a fluffy choux pastry 🐰♡

In between, there is a generous amount of mixed cream and large strawberries 🍼🍓🍼🍓

Even though there is a lot of cream, it doesn't get too heavy as you eat it~🪄

The sweetness and the way the air is incorporated must be amazing skill> ̫ <👍🏻

Maybe it's because the choux pastry cushions the sweetness,
I didn't get bored until the very end,
