The Tokugawa Art Museum in Nagoya inherits a wide variety of daimyo tools that have grown in thickness with the history of the Owari Tokugawa family, a daimyo family that held the top position of the Gosanke throughout the Edo period, with the core of the "Sunpu Owakemono" heirlooms inherited from Tokugawa Yoshinao (the first head of the Owari Tokugawa family), the ninth son of Tokugawa Ieyasu.
