Must-Try Hitsumabushi in Nagoya

If you're visiting Nagoya, you must try the delicious hitsumabushi at this hidden gem.
When it comes to hitsumabushi, Atsuta Houraiken is often considered the most famous spot. However, the thought of waiting over an hour and not being able to relax inside led me to research and visit "Nishiki Sanchome Ibasho" instead.

It turned out to be the right choice for several reasons:
- No waiting time; I was able to enter immediately.
- A quiet and calm atmosphere where I could enjoy my time leisurely.

And the hitsumabushi? Absolutely exquisite.

While the menu offers several options, I highly recommend the "hitsumabushi." Eating it with condiments was delightful, and turning it into ochazuke (rice with tea) was equally amazing. I enjoyed every bite without getting tired of the flavor.
