In short, it was so much fun.
Luckily, my friend reminded me the day before to bring a swimsuit. If you don't have one, just bring some extra clothes. Sure enough, once we arrived, the locals were all running around in their swimsuits.
Nagoya was incredibly hot in early August, so thankfully, Legoland has plenty of indoor attractions. But after just two days, I was drenched in sweat and headed straight for the kids' Duplo area. Being sprayed with water isn't enough; you have to stand under the bucket and wait for it to fill up before pouring it out. 🪣 That's the real kick! 😆
The aerial observation deck is also fantastic (though very hot). You can overlook the entire park from above, and there are miniature replicas of various Japanese landmarks, reminiscent of Miniature Japan.
If you're hungry, head to the restaurant for lunch. Lego-shaped burgers, vegetables, and fries 🍟 All-you-can-drink drinks in Lego-shaped cups (a lifesaver in the summer). Some seats even have Lego figures sitting next to you while you eat. 🥰 Great emotional value!
🚒 The fire truck experience is also fun. Four or five cars race to reach the fire first, spraying water to extinguish it.
At the driving school, you can spend a lot of money to help your child get a driver's license. 😍
Visit the Lego factory to learn about the Lego manufacturing process, and receive a special Lego miniature before leaving. You can also purchase a charm from the souvenir shop outside. You can even get a customized Lego souvenir (get your credit card ready 💳).
The sun dried our wet clothes this morning, and before leaving the park, we went for another round of water play to let the kids loose. 👍🏻
The Lego figures I usually play with at home suddenly grew to my size, making it feel like I was part of their own little Lego world. It was such a cute and happy feeling. Highly recommended for families with children. 🥰
