At Tategami, I enjoyed a motsunabe course featuring luxurious Hida Wagyu beef offal 🫶🏻✨

The tender, carefully prepared offal was infused with a special broth that brought out its delicious flavor, and it was absolutely delicious 🤍

The harmony of the firm texture and the rich broth was irresistible, and once you tried it, you'll be hooked! ˶ˊᵕˋ˵)💭💓

Packed with fragrant garlic and domestic vegetables,
you can fully enjoy the natural sweetness and richness of the ingredients.🥬✨

You can choose between chewy champon noodles or rice porridge for the final course,
so you can enjoy every last drop.🫶🏻🍜

The other course meals are also excellent...🤤💫

The horse sashimi platter is an incredibly luxurious delicacy.
The texture melts in your mouth and the deep flavor spreads throughout your mouth.🥹💞

The golden horse meat yukhoe is thinly sliced and delicious. It was so delicious! ✨

My personal favorite, deep-fried fresh tofu,
was surprisingly crispy on the outside and melty in the middle, a new texture. 🫢🤍

The crab cream croquette and salad were both delicious and made me so happy. 🦀🥗
