Introducing North Pagoda Stele Forest

The Beita Stele Forest is located at No. 27 Beita Street, Chongshan East Road, Yuhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, west of the city's long-distance bus terminal.

The North Tower was built during the Chongde period of the Qing Dynasty (1643-1645). It is the best-preserved of the four towers in the early Qing Dynasty.

In 1985, the government restored the North Pagoda and the ancient buildings of Falun Temple, and built the Shenyang Stele Forest on the west side of the pagoda.

The Beita Stele Forest is now a municipal cultural relic protection site. It exhibits images such as the "Shenyang Map," a sand table model of the ancient city of Shenyang, and a forest of stone steles that record Shenyang's history.

There is a mountain gate in front of the North Pagoda Stele Forest, with the Heavenly King Hall in the middle and the Mahavira Treasure Ruins at the back. There are east and west side halls on both sides, and a Tibetan Lama Pagoda in the northeast corner.

The entire scenic spot has rich displays: in the west side hall, there are "Emperor Kangxi's Eastern Tour", a huge traditional Chinese painting "Kangxi's Eastern Tour" and related pictures and materials; in the east side hall, there is a display of "Shenyang Ancient City Style", which exhibits a huge traditional Chinese painting of customs "Shenyang Map" and related sand table models, charts, photos, etc.
