Parfait is a sweet that recreates the historic parfait on the Ile Saint-Louis in Paris in the style of Lion.

Parfait comes in peach and mango, and I love peach, raspberry, fresh cream, sponge, ice cream, sorbet, and tea jelly, and is served with sauce.
The crispy cookies were absolutely delicious♡♡
