A specialty that has been around for 50 years! We ordered and shared Mikasa original champon and Okinawa soba, which is typical of Okinawa✌️

The champon is topped with minced meat and onion with egg on top of rice, and is voluminous but delicious and easy to finish😋
The Okinawa soba was also consistently tasty♡
