[Naha City] Okinawa steak restaurant with high satisfaction🥩

When you go to Okinawa, you can't help but want to eat steak🐃
It has become such a standard Okinawan gourmet food that
Naha has many steak restaurants, including chain restaurants.

This time, I decided to research outside of chain restaurants🔍
So I set my sights on Steak Matsuya, located near the Hyatt Regency☝️
I was lucky to find a coupon for free ice cream after the meal in a free paper left at the hotel🎯

The restaurant is divided into lunch and dinner sessions, and I visited without a reservation at 6:00 p.m., when the dinner session started.
The restaurant is compact with only a few tables, so it might be better to go early when it opens? 🤔
The restaurant is bright and clean, and the staff were very friendly and left a very good impression◎

I had a 150g premium skirt steak for 1,880 yen.
The skirt steak served on a hot iron plate is very soft, and although it is a cut with little fat, the texture is of a satisfying quality, and it's actually better than chain restaurants. 💡
It's served rare, and the way you cook it yourself using pellets (iron stones) to your liking is nice👍

What's more, even without us asking, they replaced the pellets with hot ones when the time was right🫢
It's rare to find a service like this‼ ️

In addition, all steaks come with a self-service salad, soup, rice, and drink.
Just because it's included doesn't mean it's cutting corners, and the salad has sliced bitter melon, the restaurant's special beef tendon soup, and the rice is Tsuyahime from Yamagata Prefecture,
and everything is just what you'll want to eat😋
