Conan Bridge: A must-see destination in Tottori Conan Town! The bronze statues and bridge railings are full of details.

#AugustDestinations2025
A five-minute walk from JR Yura Station brings you to Conan Bridge, a famous landmark in Hokuei-cho. Opened in December 1999, the approximately 70-meter-long bridge is a symbol of the area's "Conan Town" aesthetic.

The bridge's most eye-catching features are the four bronze statues of Conan and two smaller bronze statues mounted on lampposts. These meticulously crafted figures bring the manga character to life, making it seem as if Conan has truly stepped out of the comic book world. Bronze relief panels depicting Conan and characters from Gosho Aoyama's works, such as Yaiba, can be seen on the bridge railings. Combined with approximately ten Conan reliefs on the lampposts and the bridge itself, the entire bridge is filled with surprises. Visitors often stop to take photos and soak in the rich anime atmosphere.

Next to the bridge is a small shop selling Conan-related merchandise, making it a great place to stock up on souvenirs. For me, Conan Bridge isn't just a bridge connecting two banks; it's a stage where the world of comics and reality intertwine, transporting you directly into Conan's story. 📸✨
