This time I stayed at the Orion Hotel, operated by Orion Beer. The welcome drink is a delicious beer. Don't underestimate the welcome drink. You can drink it properly at the restaurant. There is beer in the room, so you can drink it freely. It's one of the hotels I definitely want to stay at again. It's located in front of Lopia. It's close to Sakaemachi Market and Kokusai Street, which are 1000 more velos, and it's a 3-minute walk from Makishi Station on the Yui Rail. I definitely recommend it.
