Naha's Popular Creative Okinawa Soba Restaurant

Located near Yachimun Street in Naha City, this creative Okinawa soba restaurant is popular among tourists.

The most popular dish is the BUNBUN Soba, a classic Okinawa soba with three types of meat: sanmai niku (three-layer pork), makanai niku (staff meal pork), and soki (pork rib). They also offer a garlic soy sauce-based beef and bean sprout soba topped with plenty of bean sprouts and garlic chives, as well as chilled soba. If you like cilantro, the beef and bean sprout soba with cilantro is highly recommended.

Since it had been a while since I last visited Okinawa Island, I decided to stop by.
This time, I tried the spicy beef and bean sprout soba with cilantro topping.
The taste is reminiscent of Nakamoto's Hokkyoku Ramen but with a bit more umami. Delicious!
You can choose the type of noodles, but I prefer the fresh noodles for their chewy texture.
