It opened in December 2022 as the second store of the popular store "OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN"!

It was good that there was no line compared to the main store🫣

The interior of the store features a glass exterior,

A stylish and fashionable space with a clean feeling✨

There are only counter seats, and chairs of different heights are placed on the U-shaped counter, and attention to detail can be felt🥹

In addition to the standard Okinawa soba and cartilage soki soba, the menu also has a wide variety of creative menus such as curry Okinawa soba and cheese curry Okinawa soba. Noodles can be selected from original EIBUN noodles and fresh noodles, and a wide variety of toppings are available🫣

The Okinawa soba with seaweed, which uses fresh noodles characterized by a chewy texture, is especially recommended. The clear and light soup is made by slowly simmering pork bones and combining them with kelp and bonito flakes without any artificial flavorings, and while it has a rich flavor, it has a clean aftertaste 🤤
It goes great with the thick pork belly and pickled ginger!
