Walking through the Okinawan pottery town.

I took a walk through Okinawa's pottery town, "Tsuboya Yachimun Street."

On the street, there are pottery direct sales shops, galleries, and cafes.

There are also facilities such as the Tsuboya Pottery Museum that give a sense of the town's history.

I was a little surprised to find that there was even a "Shisa specialty store."

The expressions of the shisa lined up in the many stores are very diverse, ranging from strong and stern to playful ones that will make you smile.
