Miang leaves

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
I stopped by Nakhon Pathom the other day and my Silpakorn friend told me, “If you don’t go to Bai Miang, it’s like you haven’t been here!” I was like…really? And I was dragged there without warning 😆

Let me tell you, I was impressed from the front of the shop. The shop is spacious, airy, and comfortable. There are both air-conditioned and outdoor areas to choose from depending on your mood that day. I chose to sit in the cool air-conditioned room because the sun was very strong. But I secretly looked at the green garden outside, which was really good.

The staff were lovely and provided warm service like going to a relative’s house. There were so many menus, both Thai, Vietnamese, and fusion dishes that I couldn’t decide. In the end, I ordered a set of Vietnamese Miang – thin and soft dough with lots of fresh vegetables, served with grilled pork. The peanut sauce was really good. It was well-balanced and had a fragrant peanut aroma but wasn’t too sweet.
