10.18 Chongqing Update: Rain… A sincere reminder for those planning to visit

Sisters coming to Chongqing recently:
If you can choose another time, it’s better. The weather isn’t great right now, with frequent rainy and overcast days, so photos won’t come out as well. If you do come to Chongqing, make sure to plan carefully.

Chongqing can be explored in about three days. For sisters wanting to see the Hongya Cave night view, I suggest not going to the crowded Hongya Cave itself. Instead, visit the riverside park opposite Hongya Cave, where you can enjoy the full view of Hongya Cave—perfect for photos!

📍 Photo spot: Riverside near the Grand Theatre
Metro: Line 6, Grand Theatre Station, Exit 1, then a 4-minute walk. The route is at the end.

🧩 Tips for visiting:
1️⃣ No food vendors by the riverside, eat before you come.
2️⃣ Many photographers by the riverside with varying quality; booking in advance is recommended.
3️⃣ There’s been a lot of rain lately; photos will look better on sunny days.
4️⃣ The riverside path is uneven, wear flat shoes.
