Delicious Crab Roe Rice at Xie San Bao in Shanghai!!

If you're visiting Shanghai, don't miss out on trying the crab roe noodle shop Xie San Bao. They have multiple branches, and the one we visited is located on Nanjing Road, in the same alley as Lai Lai Xiao Long Bao. The front of the restaurant even has Thai signage to welcome guests. Inside, the staff greeted us warmly with smiles. We were seated on the second floor at a bar table, though the air conditioning wasn't very cool. You can order food and drinks by scanning the QR code at your table and make payments conveniently. The food was served quickly, and everything tasted amazing. You can also ask the staff for ice, and they are very friendly.

- Crab Roe Rice: The rice and crab roe are served separately, and when eaten together, it's absolutely delightful. The rice is flavorful, and the side dishes help balance the richness perfectly.
- Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao: These dumplings are huge, with a soup that has a strong crab aroma and flavor. Be sure to eat them quickly, as the dough can harden if left too long.
- Fried Spring Rolls: Perfectly fried, crispy, and delicious.
