Getting There - From Shanghai Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai railway station there are buses going to Nantong East Long Distance Bus Station or Nantong Hotel. Travel time is approximately 2 hours. Unfortunately, High Speed train lines arent completed yet.
