Every spring, Nantou's Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village transforms into a cherry blossom paradise. The park is home to over 5,000 cherry trees, including varieties such as Yaezakura, Fuji Sakura, and Yoshino Cherry. During the blooming season, the mountains are adorned with a stunning mix of pink and white blossoms. Combined with indigenous cultural exhibits and amusement facilities, this destination is perfect for family outings or romantic getaways.

📍Transportation
From Taichung High-Speed Rail Station, take the Nantou Bus "6670 Sun Moon Lake Line" to the Sun Moon Lake Shuishe Visitor Center, then transfer to the Formosan shuttle bus (or take a taxi) for about 10 minutes to reach the village. Driving is also an option, as the park offers a large parking lot for convenience.

Best time to visit: The main blooming season is from mid-February to early March. Weekday visits are recommended to avoid crowds.

Aerial cherry blossom experience: Take the Formosan cable car connecting Sun Moon Lake to enjoy a bird's-eye view of the cherry blossom forest. On clear days, you can also see distant mountain and lake views.
