My Solo Itinerary: A Taste of La Dolce Vita

· Day 1 - History & Pizza Pilgrimage:
· Morning: Explored the fascinating Napoli Sotterranea (Underground Naples) on a guided tour through ancient Greek-Roman aqueducts and WWII bomb shelters.
· Afternoon: Got delightfully lost in the Spaccanapoli district, a long, narrow street that cuts through the historic center. Explored vibrant piazzas and stunning churches like Duomo di Napoli.
· Evening: Achieved a solo traveler milestone: eating pizza at its birthplace. I joined the queue at L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele (made famous by Eat Pray Love) for a life-changing Margherita pizza. Eating alone was no issue here—everyone is focused on the pizza!
· Day 2 - Coastal Views & Castle Dreams:
· Morning: Took a walk along the seaside promenade, Via Caracciolo, for stunning views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Visited the elegant Castel dell'Ovo jutting out into the sea.
