📍 Nara Park Mizunochaya Review

Walking along the inner path of Nara Park, you'll find a traditional teahouse quietly hidden among the trees. 🍵 The thatched roof and mossy stone steps create a truly Japanese movie-like atmosphere. Inside, the subtle scent of wood wafts through the air, and deer sometimes pass by the outdoor tables. 🦌 The space, nestled within nature, was the perfect place to relax.

Udon is the main dish, so many people order the warm chicken udon or vegetable udon. I chose the clear, lightly seasoned broth, which was perfect for a post-walk snack. The portions were just right, and the food came out quickly. While the menu isn't extensive, it's enough for a quick meal or a cup of tea.

More than anything, the atmosphere is stunning. Even within the park, the sounds of birdsong and the wind outweigh the sounds of people. 🍃 It's much quieter than the bustling city of Nara, and it's a place you wouldn't want to miss even for a quick stop. This teahouse is a perfect break from your travels.
