When it comes to sightseeing in Nara, Nara Park is the place to be!
Stretching across the eastern part of Nara City, this large park covers a total area of approximately 660 hectares.
The recommended season for sightseeing is spring!
Don't miss the adorable combination of cherry blossoms and fawns!
Also, at Kasuga Taisha Shrine, wisteria blossoms bloom in full force, creating a fantastical atmosphere that makes you feel like you've entered a manga world!
There are also several tea shops throughout the park, selling rice dumplings and tea.
Why not enjoy the cherry blossoms, wisteria, and fawns in Nara Park in spring?
Nara Park is so vast, it's home to Todaiji Temple, Kofuku-ji Temple, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and the National Museum. You could easily spend a whole day touring them all!
