Neyin is half stars and half ruins.

On the bustling Heba Street in Neyin,
opposite the majestic Holiday Hotel,
a few airtight cement walls
separate this huge ruin.

The hillside building structure is a common sight in the old city of Neyin.
Old residential buildings from the last century are densely packed.
The new houses have not yet been removed from the crane.
Push open the blue iron gate,
the grass inside is very tall,
the pool water has dried up,
the Buddha smiles with a flower in his hand,
the thousand-handed Guanyin pinches a skull,
I didn't expect
that this Donglin Temple from the late Tang Dynasty
has stood silently for more than 800 years.
