Top-notch Hospitality at The Leela Palace

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past year and have enjoyed it immensely each time. The Leela Palace stands as a fine example of Indian hospitality, truly setting itself apart from other establishments. It's the hotel of choice after getting accustomed to the likes of Taj or Oberoi. The property is stunning in every corner, with palatial interiors in rooms, hallways, and common areas. The entire hotel is a visual delight. The staff is outstanding, genuinely so. They know how to take care of their guests, offering assistance whenever needed. Their service is on another level, unmatched by most luxury hotels. I must give particular credit to their General Manager, Ms. Preeti Makhija, for her remarkable leadership. If you ever meet her, you'll see what differentiates her from other GMs. Her personal touch is evident throughout the hotel and has made the property even better since she took charge. Importantly, some staff members warrant a special mention for their exemplary service. My thanks go to Ajay Kumar and Shivam Gupta from the F&B team, and also to Nidhi and Harleen from the club lounge who always make us feel special. The front office and concierge deserve accolades too, with Manipal and Gaurav from the Concierge, and Ashish Malhotra and Sumit Anand from the front office being particularly commendable. They are skilled professionals who ensure a seamless stay. Lastly, I must highlight an exceptional chef and dear friend, Chef Vashisht at Le Cirque. He's not only a culinary genius but also a wonderful person. Immense gratitude to everyone for making us feel special each time. You've crafted the perfect loyal guest experience.
