A showcase of historic buildings!

The Houtong Coal Mine Museum in New Taipei City is a very interesting tourist attraction. This coal processing plant warehouse, the Vision Hall, was originally a coal storage warehouse of the Houtong Coal Mine. It has now been converted into an exhibition hall of historical buildings.

The museum displays the history and culture of the coal mining industry, as well as the life and work of coal miners. Here you can see a variety of exhibits, including tools, photos and actual coal mining cars, etc. These exhibits vividly show the situation of the coal mining industry at that time and learn more about the processes and technologies of the coal mining industry.
