The fishing port is located in the Taipei Port Special Zone and is currently a second-class fishing port. Most of the boats from nearby Taoyuan and Tamsui are parked in the port. The Bali Left Bank Bicycle Path starts from the mouth of Guanyinkeng River and ends at Xiagouzi Fishing Port, with a total length of about 16 kilometers.
