Introducing Jiang's Manor

The Jiang Family Manor is located in Liujiamao Village, Qiaohecha Township, along the Mijia Highway, 15 kilometers east of Mizhi County, Yulin City . The manor was designed by Jiang Yaozu, the village's richest man, who hired experts from Beijing and recruited skilled craftsmen from the county. It took 13 years to build. It is the largest castle-style cave manor in China and a treasure of Han Chinese architecture.

The manor covers over 40 mu and consists of lower, middle, and upper courtyards, along with a walled area and a well tower. The main structure is a cave dwelling-style courtyard, the highest standard in Shaanxi Province, known as the " five open and four or six hidden " style. The three courtyards are connected by secret passages, and the towering walls surrounding the manor provide internal connectivity and provide a strong defense against external dangers. The entire building is ingeniously designed, exquisitely crafted, and rationally laid out, creating a seamless whole.

The entire manor is carved and polished everywhere, from the entire architectural design to the tiny devices , there are countless " carving " arts, which fully demonstrate the owner's wisdom and cultural connotation, and reflect the unique architectural technology and historical and artistic value.
