New Taipei Metropolitan Park is considered another very large place to relax in Taiwan. For us, we think it is probably the largest in Taipei. It is also very easy to get to. ☺️

How to get there:
Take the MRT (Airport MRT) blue line and get off at Sanchong Station, or simply one station from Taipei Main Station (A1).

Review:
1. It is recommended to go during holidays and from 4 pm onwards so that the weather is not too hot.
2. Since the park is very large, it is recommended to rent a YouBike. However, the cycling/running zone is separate from the relaxation zone.
3. There are also many photo zones! For example, on the bridge that stretches from one side to the other, the straight running track (right under the middle of the bridge).
4. Relaxation zone. Since the park has many playgrounds for children, adults can also play, but we are embarrassed 😅
5. On holidays, there will be dessert shops and ice cream shops. The atmosphere is cheerful.

Conclusion: Definitely worth a visit, it's close and has many photo spots. We feel that Taiwan has done a great job of preserving green spaces and public spaces.
