Introduction: The "White Terror Jingmei Memorial Park" was originally the "Xindian Twenty Zhang Jingmei Military Detention Center". The current address is No. 131, Fuxing Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City, with a land area of 35,253 square meters. It is located on the south side of Xiulang Bridge. Before urban development, it belonged to the settlement of Xindian Dapinglin Twenty Zhang, and was announced as a historical building in Taipei County in 2007. The "White Terror Jingmei Memorial Park" has special significance in the history of the Taiwanese people's struggle for human rights.
