The first good impression is that I asked a lot of questions via email after booking, the reservation team was very professional and quick in replying, which made me look forward to staying right from that moment.

Hotel is near MRT station, great location!

I came to store my luggage in the morning at around 9am, the lobby is clean and comfortable, and the service attitude of the counter staff is great
The elevator needs a room card, the safety is good

After I have checked in, hotel room don't need to insert room card to on the light, which is very convenient. You don't need to worry about only having 1 room card with you. I didn't expect that there are large floor-to-ceiling windows in front and left of the bed! Great view!

The hotel facilities are very new and comfortable to use. It is the hotel with the highest cp value so far.
The pool is also great!

Everyone at the counter is very polite and professional. Will definitely return to this hotel if I travel to Banqiao
