Nem Nuong is a dish made by skewering seasoned minced meat and grilling it over charcoal.
It is a dish that is wrapped with pork sausage, fried rice paper, various vegetables, pickled carrots, green mango cucumber, etc.
I only ordered one serving, but the amount was very generous.

-Cha Lua

Cha Lua is a dish made by mixing pork and starch powder and steaming it.
It felt a bit like fish cake.
I thought it was more delicious than I thought.

-Bun Bo Nuong
Grilled Beef, Fried rice paper, carrot lape, cucumber, sweet potato, peanut
Bun cha and another Vietnamese bibim noodle dish

It was very clean because they recently remodeled

Plus, there is air conditioning
There were more locals because it is a popular restaurant with locals
