The location here is undoubtedly top-notch, with the beach just opposite, so you can easily enjoy the good times of sunshine and beach 😊. The hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation and many supermarkets and restaurants, which is very suitable for various needs during your stay. Within a five-minute walk, you can find delicious and famous restaurants like Xóm Mới Garden, Feast and Alpaca Homestyle Cafe.

The interior decoration of InterContinental Nha Trang Hotel is elegant and modern, and it is full of InterContinental's consistent high standards from the front desk reception to the room design. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, especially on the club floor where the service was fast and considerate. The rooms are well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly need, good water pressure and excellent air conditioning. The sea view from the room balcony is intoxicating, especially the view from the high floors is excellent.

During our stay we chose an executive suite which was spacious with two toilets and a shower. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep 😴. The room also provides many high-tech equipment, the air conditioning is very effective and it doesn't feel hot. The hotel's cleaning service is also very good. Every time I come back from an outing, the room is always tidy and clean, and the bath towels are always new.

In addition to the hotel's internal facilities, InterContinental Nha Trang also provides a wealth of leisure services. Guests can use the hotel's swimming pool and the beach service is also very good. Children can enjoy the kids club, where dedicated staff lead them in doing handicraft activities and they have a lot of fun. Moreover, the hotel offers a variety of parent-child activities every day, making it suitable for family outings.

Although the overall hotel experience was great, there were some minor shortcomings. The elevators can be slippery at times, probably because many visitors use the elevators directly after returning from the beach. In addition, the TV reception in the room is sometimes not ideal, and there are no HD programs, which is occasionally a little regrettable.

Overall, InterContinental Nha Trang is undoubtedly one of the best accommodation options in Nha Trang city. The luxurious and comfortable environment, top-notch service and unbeatable sea view are all irresistible.
