Delicious Vietnamese Home-Style Dishes at Madame Phuong in Nha Trang

The exterior of Madame Phuong may not be very large, but the interior is clean and well-organized. It is a single-story establishment with a Korean menu available, making it easy to order. The menu consists of common dishes you can find anywhere.

There were no particularly unique items, so we ordered simple dishes like banh xeo, fried rice, and appetizers.

However, the crispiness of the dishes was much stronger compared to other places, and the nutty flavor dominated the overall taste of the food.

The crispy coating and fried rice grains filled the mouth with a familiar yet non-repelling taste for Koreans, more so than the meat itself.

It may not be a must-visit spot, but since Vietnamese cuisine can be somewhat limited, it seems like a good place to try something a bit unique. It's also a comfortable place for a casual meal.
