What is "Bún cá"?

Bún: The familiar round, smooth and soft rice noodles

Cá: Fish

It features "bun" noodles that are even thinner than bu pho, and fried fish 🐟

This is a famous restaurant in Nha Trang city, and even though I don't like pho that much, I've become addicted to it.

Not only is the soup full of dashi, but the fish paste? The anchovy-like condiments are exquisite!

The squid tempura was also delicious.
