🍜 Nha Trang's unique Korean-free earthenware pot rice noodles

While living in Nha Trang for a month, a friend recommended this special pho, so I took a Grab and went. This is what tapioca noodles taste like. ^^ It's thick like udon noodles, and the glass noodles are cut into bite-sized pieces.

It's hot, so Koreans will love it. One spoonful tastes exactly like the crab meat soup we know.

The portion is smaller than I expected, but if you add all the vegetables, it suddenly turns into shabu-shabu. Haha.

I finished the whole pot, but I didn't feel full. I paid 60,000 dong for a mixed bowl.

If you're only visiting Nha Trang for a short time, there are plenty of delicious pho options, so
it's not necessary.

Tired of regular pho? If you're on a pho tour, try the tapioca crab soup. ^^🤭😄
